Can I purchase products from you and get you to send it overseas?

No, sorry. We don't provide an international shipping service.

Can I shop safely on this site?

Absolutely. All Visa, Mastercard credit and debit card transactions for orders placed on this site are processed securely through Shopify Payments. 

How do I find tasting notes for each product?

Easy. Just click on the product image and it will take you to the tasting notes
 

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, minimum order is one 6 pack.
 

Are there any Freight charges? 

No, freight is included in the price per case
 

Can I pay by cheque?

No. Sorry but we don't accept cheques for web orders.

What do I do if I get faulty or damaged Stock?

Contact us immediately contact@theinsiderwineclub.com and we will arrange for you to get replacement stock asap.
 

When will my order be delivered?

All orders placed during working days will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders placed after hours, on the weekend, or orders for rural areas may take up to 3-9 working days.

Please note, if you ordered from multiple brands (i.e., #HONORARY and Villa Maria), your order may arrive as separate deliveries due to the wines being packed at different locations.
